Piatto  ("plate")  at the Hub  specializes in hand crafted, historically accurate Napolitano style pizza and elegant traditional pasta dishes and chef specials like Tuscan Chicken, or Traditional Carbonara with egg yolk nest, Branzino Pomodoro Grosso or a true classic... Cacio e' Pepe, that simply Taste of Italy!  All are made fresh, in-house daily.  

Piatto  pizza is served as a traditional "knife and fork" style personal pizza 

Piatta  has more unique, truly Italian style dishes such as our home-made Pastas served in traditional styles,; Grilled calamari; authentic Caesar salad with or without anchovies, or home made tomato bisque  soup only better with fresh Piatta focaccia or hand pulled fresh mozzarella!
